On a very short notice I decided to rent a RV for the country 500 on memorial weekend. This was a surprise that my wife knows nothing about for her 50th. I live in Houston Texas.after talking to several companies I was very disappointed and ready to stop looking. Then I called Daytona RV and was connected to a man named Jeramy. Wow! After several minutes I knew this was the place. He spent at least 30 minutes with me. I was so comfortable and satisfied,that I pulled the trigger and rented.i can't wait to continue my trip of a lifetime with my wife. Thanks to Jeramy and Daytona RV. I will let the world know how my trip will end.

- Dean Dahlheimer -I am so happy we decided to work with Daytona RV instead of the big guys. The service has been great! We ordered a brand new unit with Julie and LOVE it. When we picked it up the whole team was super helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure we were 100% comfortable when we left. Julie was great during the walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We were not sure if our tow vehicle had everything we needed so they had us come in the day before pick up just to look everything over. It turned out we needed a piece for the brake control. They found it right away and had it sent overnight. When we picked up our TT, we purchased all of the towing equipment from them which was actually reasonably priced, their store carries everything you need. We dealt with Jeremy, the manager, he was really great and helpful. We had our first test weekend and it was wonderful. We did find a few manufacturing errors that will need to be repaired. I called Daytona RV first thing Monday morning and they are having us bring it in. They even worked with us regarding timing since we have a scheduling issue and can not make it there during their business hours. I will update the service experience once everything is repaired. I highly recommend Daytona RV and will be sending everyone I know for renting and buying needs.
Update - Service was excellent picked up TT 2 days later.
Jeremy and the whole crew at Daytona RVs were great! Fair price. Excellent service. Jeremy made sure we knew how every switch and button worked before we left the lot. Adjusted our hitch and installed our weight distribution system while we got the "cook's tour". We'll definitely be back to Daytona RVs for our next one!
